Vascularity in Left Atrial Myxoma -A Case Report-

Abstract

|
Atrial myxoma is the commonset of the rare primary heart tumors and one of the few which is curable.
A fifty-eight years old woman with left atrial myxoma underwent coronary angiography to investigate combined coronary arteries before surgery.
It was found that the coronary arteries normal, but a "tumor neovescularization" could be seen that was supplied by the right SA nodal artery of right coronary artery.
Tumor neovascularization is usually supplied by the AV nodal artery but our case's blood supply is SA nodal artery of right coronary artery.
